Gustavo Wüst was a renowned retailer in Buenos Aires (calle Florida), and a dealer for Patek Philippe and other Geneva luxury brands.
The watch presented here, on a 750/1000 gold case, is decorated with a semiset of rose-cut diamonds and gold leaves, encircling an old-cut pear-shaped diamond. The yellow gold guilloché caseback is enamelled in translucent mother-of-pearl enamel.
The movement is a mechanical caliber with parallel bridges and Swiss-made anchor escapement, made by the finest craftsmen.
All in good condition.
